Syntal Chemicals Sp. z o. o. was founded in 1982 as SYNTAL Zakład Produkcyjno-Badawczy, then in 1984 it transformed into a civil partnership, in 2000 into a general partnership, and in 2010 finally into a limited liability company under the name Syntal Chemicals Sp. z o. o.

The company deals with the development of technologies and the production of chemical reagents and intermediates for the production of active substances used in the production of medicines. The scale of production ranges from grams to several dozen kilograms. The company’s annual production does not exceed several hundred kilograms.

Syntal Chemicals Sp. z o. o. is innovative. The major part of the activity is research and development work, involving the development of technologies for the production of new compounds, not yet produced even on a laboratory scale. The main clients are research laboratories of pharmaceutical companies, for which more than 80% of all work is performed. We have very good references from our customers, confirming the high quality of our production.

We specialize in multi-stage, very difficult and time-consuming syntheses, often not described in the literature. The longest synthesis performed in the company had 15 stages.

We specialize in the production of heterocyclic compounds (amines, amides, imidazoles, chloro-, bromo-, iodine compounds), sugars and their derivatives, chiral compounds (optically active), insect pheromones and long-chain compounds.

Currently, the company’s offer includes about 100 compounds that are the result of our own developments and over 20 compounds made on a confidential and exclusive basis for pharmaceutical companies (partly or completely developed in our company).

We have the ISO 9001:2015 certificate awarded in the field of production of organic chemical reagents and research and development works. We have also introduced the cGMP system.

We have equipment that allows us to synthesize at temperatures from -75°C to over 200°C and pressures up to 15 bar. We have our own analytical laboratory equipped with a gas chromatograph with Head Space, a liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and an automatic device for water determination by the Karl Fischer method.
